Rachel Holmquist
Co-President
Rachel grew up in Deerfield and currently is living there with her family. She is a proud mom of triplet daughters. Her children were part of both CDP productions in 2022, and her husband has joined the CD Players family as an actor in 2023.
Peggy Punsel
Co-President
Peggy has served on the Board for a number of years, and is a force of nature! Her insight and business sense is a critical skill in helping CDP bring you our performances.
Stephanie Blaser
Vice President
Stephanie grew up in Cambridge and joined CD Players in 2022, when her daughter joined the cast for The Addams Family. She loves the confidence and community CD brings to kids and adults alike. Stephanie was welcomed to the Board in 2023.
Sarah Olson
Secretary
Sarah joined the CD Players in 2023 when her daughters joined the cast of the Little Mermaid, Jr. She has helped as costume mom on several shows in Marshall before coming to CD players and in her full time career she is an educator of 20+ years. Her passion is for teaching, watercolor art, crafting, and creating memories with her family.
Jillian Matteson
Treasurer
Jillian joined CD Players as an actor in the 2023 season after moving to Cambridge with her now-husband. While an IT Project Manager by profession, she has been an avid performer for 20+ years and is passionate about fostering high-quality and fulfilling theatre experiences for the whole community. She was welcomed to the board in 2024.
Brittany Smith
Board Member
Brittany has been a part of CD Players since the 2013 production of “Beauty and the Beast” as part of the cast. She has been involved with theater constantly since then, including as president of her college’s drama club freshman and sophomore year of college.
Brittany has returned, working as an educator and joining the CD Players Board in 2023.
Ken Smith
Board Member
Ken began his journey with CDP as a parent volunteer in 2013. He's performed in several of our shows, and helps with set design too, as well as balancing the organization's checkbook.
Bella Bamlett
Board Member
Bella is new to the board in 2024, but has been involved in CD Players most of her life. As a lifelong member of CD Players, she is thrilled to take on the role of a board member. Having been part of this community for most of her life, she has witnessed firsthand the incredible impact CD Players has had on those who are involved. She is eager to contribute to its growth and development, aiding in growing stronger connections between CD Players and the community it serves.
Kate Tricker
Board Member
Kate joined CD Players as a parent volunteer when her children participated in Moana Jr. in 2024. She has been involved with theater for many years, a little on stage, but mostly behind the scenes as part of the crew. Professionally she has worked as an educator and volunteer coordinator and is excited to use those skills to help CD Players grow and introduce more people to the magic of community theater.
Misty Altenberger
Board Member
Misty is from Deerfield and currently lives there with her husband and daughter. Misty joined CDP when her daughter was in The Little Mermaid Jr in 2023 and became part of the costume team. Misty loves how CDP has helped her daughter to grow and build friendships outside of school. Misty joined the board in 2025.
