
Deanne Herrling
President
Deanne joined CD Players in 2007 as vice president, and has played roles (with her two daughters) in many CDP productions. She became president in 2013 and directed "Mary Poppins" in 2019. Deanne enjoys watching people of all ages enjoy the live theater experience, making new friends and having fun.
Peggy Punsel
Vice President
Peggy is amazing, a miracle maker! We don't know what we'd do without her support.


Ken Smith
Treasurer
Ken began his journey with CDP as a parent volunteer in 2013. He's performed in several of our shows, and helps with set design too.
Jo Matheson
Board Member
Jo has been active in the organization since 2004, first becoming involved when her grandchildren began acting in our performances. Today Jo helps out with costuming for CDP shows.


Brittany Smith
Board Member
Brittany has been a part of CD Players since the 2013 production of “Beauty and the Beast” as part of the cast. She has been involved with theater constantly since then, including as president of her college’s drama club freshman and sophomore year of college.
Brittany has returned, working as an educator in Cottage Grove and joining the CD Players Board in 2023.
Les Williams
Board Member
Les has been involved with the organization since our 2013 production of "Music Man." He's in charge of set building and fixing things the rest of us don't know how to.


John Scott
Board Member
John assists the group with marketing, events and the website. John is the president and founder of John Scott Media, a local web design and marketing company. He lives in Oakland with his wife Cyndi.
Rachel Holmquist
Board Member
Rachel grew up in Deerfield and currently is living there with her family. She is a proud mom of triplet daughters. Her children were part of both CDP productions in 2022, and her husband has joined the CD Players family as an actor in 2023.


Barbara St. John
Board Member
Barbara is new to the CD Players Theater Board in 2023. She has seven years of costuming experience with the St. Bernard Players Theatre in Madison. She also has 501 (c) 3 non-profit experience with marketing, fundraising and event planning.
Barbara is passionate about community theatre while embracing and supporting the creative talents of actors of all ages. She lives in Cambridge.
